Family Tradition
Our family has been in the Chiropractic profession since 1923 and has been serving the Greater Spokane Community for the last 30 years. We understand everyone has different healthcare needs, and we tailor our treatments to match what you’re looking for. No one likes a cookie-cutter approach to health as everyone is different and comes from different backgrounds. Here at North Spokane Chiropractic, we work WITH you to get you where you want to be with health, happiness, and physical movement.
After high school, Dr. Davis went to Spokane Falls where she earned her Associate of Arts degree. She then moved to Portland, OR to attend the University of Western States. There, she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic and Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. She is so excited to be back in her hometown serving the wonderful people of Spokane.
Chiropractic care is for every stage of life – from the tiniest newborns to active adults and aging bodies. As our bodies grow, change, and adapt, so do our needs.
At North Spokane Chiropractic, we tailor our treatments to match what you’re looking for. We focus on supporting the nervous system so your body can function at its best, no matter where you are in your health journey.

Health & Wellness
Chiropractic care for wellness and health is focused on the preservation and wellbeing of the body. Even without painful symptoms, regular chiropractic care can help you maintain the movement of your spine and joints while maintaining the health of the neuromuscular and skeletal systems. Life can be stressful. Physical injuries, emotional trauma, and chemical toxins in our food and beauty products can all affect our nervous system health. Chiropractic care helps us adapt to these stresses in a more optimal manner. We care about pain but we care more about the underlying cause! We want you functioning at your best. We don’t want you to just survive, we want you thriving!
Prenatal Care
Dr. Davis is certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment. The purpose of the adjustment is to reduce sacroiliac dysfunction and restore proper movement of the pelvis. This adjustment also reduces nervous system stress so mom feels more relaxed and takes tension off the muscles and ligaments supporting the pelvis. The goal is to improve nervous system function and optimize the mom’s pelvis function throughout her pregnancy and birth. Dr. Davis has also had training in BirthFit.
Postpartum Care
Your body deserves support during the fourth trimester. After pregnancy, stress can show up as poor sleep, tension, inflammation, and ongoing discomfort.
Chiropractic care helps regulate the nervous system by reducing tension in the spine, allowing your body to shift out of a constant stress response and into a more balanced, healing state. Many mothers report better sleep, less pain, and an overall greater sense of well-being after getting adjusted.
Because the body, especially the pelvis, continues to shift after birth, it’s important to have your spine and pelvis checked as you recover and adapt to this new season.
Infant Care
Babies need adjustments too! The first trauma we go through as humans, is birth. 95% of babies have spinal misalignments after birth. Chiropractic care helps babies and kids grow up strong and healthy by optimizing the connection between their nervous system (brain) and body. The care for babies is very gentle and safe. The pressure required for a newborn adjustment is about the same pressure you use to check the ripeness of a tomato. Dr. Davis is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and has completed over 113 hours of training towards a diplomat in Chiropractic Pediatrics. We recommend getting your baby checked by a chiropractor within the first two weeks of life (sooner if there were complications). As your baby grows and develops, it is important to bring them in so we can continue to assess their nervous system. We all want the best opportunities for our kids!

Our Approach
We are very excited about the opportunity to serve you! Your first visit is the best time to ask questions, learn about chiropractic, and get familiar with the doctor and their technique.
Your first visit will consist of brief paperwork. This paperwork will provide us with general information about you and any conditions you may have. This can be filled out online prior to your appointment or in our office before your appointment time.
Your Doctor will ask you questions regarding your condition(s) in order to figure out what the root cause is. We will review your current health concerns, diet, lifestyle habits, and family health history. These are important factors in obtaining an accurate diagnosis and establishing the best care plan to optimize your health.
A thorough exam will be performed to help determine precisely where potential subluxations or spinal restrictions exist. This may include some of the following procedures: posture analysis, palpation, joint range of motion, muscle testing, neurological and orthopedic testing. The data from these tests will provide us with information on your condition, how long it should take to resolve, and provide a baseline in which to monitor your progress.
Home care instructions may be given. Examples may include ice, heat, stretching, or corrective exercises.
We typically like to schedule a follow-up appointment within 1-2 days after your first adjustment. Care options for your condition will also be discussed at this time.
